
Responsible for all digital marketing activities of the organization and it’s 15 properties, with each maintaining a unique brand while benefitting from Menin’s marketing clout.
• Managed the creative process and all optimized digital assets for websites, email campaigns, paid social, organic social, and other digital channels.
• Designed, managed, optimized, customized, and promoted all websites for every property.
• Executed digital advertising initiatives including: SEO, PPC, DRM Banners, Facebook and Instagram Ads, Trip Advisor business listings & OTA’s.
• Produced, tested, deployed and tracked all email marketing for each property; in Mailchimp for F&B, and Revinate, for hotels.
• Managed online directories, 3rd party listings (Hotel Tonight, CVENT, etc.) and F&B platforms such as Yelp, Single Platform, OpenTable and EventBright with recurring/seasonal menu updates, events, promotions, and specials.
• Rebranded all hotels’ automated guest communications including reservation confirmations, welcome letters, upgrade incentives, post-stay survieys, & cancellation letters w/ rebook offer.
• Implemented systems by which guests are auto-emailed upon check-in of current and upcoming events taking place in Miami & happenings at the hotel during their stay. Included discounts at the hotel’s restaurants/spa as well as info on nearby cultural/entertainment events so as to provide guests with a complete “South Beach Experience” (while cross- promoting other Menin properties).
• Successfully identified key segments, such as ‘most loyal guests’, ‘guests likely to spend the most’, and ‘first-time visitors,’ targeting them strategically with campaigns to increase revenue, encourage upsells, entice return visits and generate a positive first impression. Further segmentation targeted families with children, business travelers + locals and communicated marketing campaigns accordingly.
